If there is at any time a temporary disruption within the facility, Rochester Aluminum Smelting Canada Limited will ensure all reasonable steps will be taken to advise persons with disabilities who might be affected by the disruption of the reason and its estimated duration, and information concerning alternative services when necessary.

Instructions on how to use any equipment or devices available at Rochester Aluminum Smelting Canada Limited facility or that is otherwise provided, that may assist people with disabilities access to our facility.

Instruction on what to do if a person with disabilities has difficulty accessing Rochester Aluminum Smelting Canada Limited. The training of every person who participates in the developing of the company's policies, practices, and procedures on the accessibility topics.
